Training services for companies

We offer training modules delivered on the customer’s premises. This service can take the form of private (face-to-face) or group courses, in both face-to-face and distance (Blended Learning) formats via our ile-online.com platform.
Our programs are designed according to the results obtained in the various placement tests applied to participants.
The language proficiency profile is supplemented by various interviews with the participant, during which we identify his/her communication needs in English or another target language.
Programs and modules are structured according to participants’ specific foreign language communication needs.
Our pedagogical coordination department ensures continuous and rigorous follow-up to enable participants to achieve the expected results.

Private lessons

These courses are designed for single participants. The teacher’s attention is focused on developing the student’s communication skills in an interactive way. The pace and regularity of lessons are defined by the participant’s communication objectives and ability to handle new information. This modality enables a significant and measurable improvement in communication and oral expression skills. Recommended for executives and senior managers with specific communication needs in English or another language. Face-to-face distance learning courses are also available.

Group courses

Courses in English, French, German, Spanish or Portuguese for small groups of up to 7 participants working with one or more teachers. This formula enables participants to make significant progress in their foreign language in a highly interactive way. Follow-up is carried out by the pedagogical manager, guaranteeing quality teaching and any necessary adjustments to program content. We draw up a report on the progress made by participants for your human resources department. Progress tests are applied at the beginning, middle and end of the training course.

Recommended for companies requiring effective, efficient programs with guaranteed results, as well as for groups of employees at a similar level.

Express courses

We offer short programs lasting 10, 15 and 20 hours, with the main aim of reinforcing a specific skill. Sessions can concentrate on a specific communicative task or focus on reinforcing particular communication skills. Courses are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese or French. This is the ideal formula for preparing a targeted event. Sessions can be held face-to-face or remotely. At the end of the course, participants’ confidence in expressing themselves in the target language is significantly boosted. Recommended for people who need to be operational quickly in a specific field or at a particular event.

Training rhythms and formats

StandardFrom 2 to 3 weekly sessions of 1h30 each. This is the ideal formula for building a solid foundation in a foreign language within a reasonable timeframe.
Intensive4 or 5 weekly sessions lasting 1h30 to 2h00 hours each. This formula is recommended for people wishing to acquire communication skills in a short space of time.
Express1h30 hours per day for 15 days. This is the ideal formula for preparing for a particular event (conference, presentation, participation in a strategic event, professional advancement, travel, preparation for an international language exam).
ESP These modules can be delivered face-to-face or remotely, and enable you to acquire or reinforce vocabulary and terminology specific to a job or function. Programs are tailored to the trainee’s specific activity (finance, foreign trade, marketing, legal English, etc.).
Blended We also offer modules that combine the advantages of a classroom course with a teacher, the convenience of distance learning sessions with a live tutor, and access to online materials (e-books) 24 hours a day.
