Formally adopted by the European Commission at its creation , Ev@lang is an adaptive test offered entirely online, which allows placement in foreign languages ( French, English and Arabic ) of candidates and students seeking for employment opportunities, career advancement or placement / orientation in foreign language training.

Ev@lang is modular and allows users to create the desired format from the proposed modules separately or combined . Test taking is online at any time , any place and on any media support ( computer, tablet , smartphone) .

Ev@lang is an accurate and reliable multilingual test whereby inter- levels are evaluated 
This placement test is in alignment with the 6 proficiency levels defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ( CEFR ). Its main asset is the possibility to accurately determine the appropriate language level of candidates individually and/or groups. Indeed, Ev@lang can deliver a test report expressed in terms of 12 levels corresponding to subdivisions of the CEFR levels.
